About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager supports the sales and events team by managing group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication. This role coordinates event details, prepares proposals and contracts, conducts site tours, and provides day-of-event support to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Sales Operations Manager also leads trade show planning and execution, overseeing logistics, booth staff, lead collection, and post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication.
- Coordinate event details with Sales and Event Managers.
- Prepare proposals and contracts.
- Conduct site tours.
- Provide day-of-event support.
- Lead trade show planning and execution.
- Oversee trade show logistics, booth staff, lead collection, and post-event follow-up.

Skills
- Delphi.fdc a plus
Education Level
- High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
Salary/Compensations
- $30 per hour
