About the Role

Responsibilities

Scrape, rack, stack, and wash china, glassware, silverware, cooking pots, pans, and utensils according to established standards
Ensure clean dishware, silverware, and glassware are continuously available for the dining venue
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
Work efficiently and promptly to support the kitchen and dining team
Assist with maintaining a safe and productive kitchen environment

Requirements

No prior experience required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required due to casino guest operations
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working in a busy kitchen environment
Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls
Regularly reach with hands and arms and communicate effectively with team members
Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Regularly work near moving mechanical parts
Work in a kitchen environment where noise levels are usually loud
Follow established safety and sanitation procedures at all times
