About the Role

The Dishwasher manually or mechanically washes and rinses dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans, ensuring proper sterilization temperatures and cleanliness. This role is crucial for maintaining the sanitation standards of the food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manually or mechanically wash and rinse dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Maintain proper temperature for sterilization and add soap as needed.
• Perform general dishwasher duties to ensure cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Clean and sanitize dinnerware, utensils, and trays to ensure availability for diners without delay.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils using mechanical, manual, or other established methods.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management or designated personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide dishwashing, utensils, and pots and pans cleaning and sanitation services within a food service environment.
• Available to work any schedule during hours of operation.
• Authorization for a background check.
• Must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move within the assigned work area for 6 to 7 hours (excluding breaks and lunch).
• Ability to perform bending, stooping, and reaching as necessary to complete the work.
