About the Role
As a Senior Officer, Strategic Programs, you will play a key role in supporting high-level secretariat initiatives that keep the organisation connected and informed within a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and collaboration are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop documentation such as briefs, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate processes and provide updates on papers and documents for timely submission.
- Draft and review responses for Secretary briefings and other key communications.
- Assist with research to identify reputational issues impacting Transport for NSW and the broader cluster.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Build strong relationships across the Transport cluster and with Ministerial offices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement them.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time and project management skills.
- Ability to critically analyse complex information and write in plain English.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
- Skilled at building relationships and collaborating effectively.
- Tech-savvy and confident using tools to improve efficiency.
