About the Role
As a SAP SuccessFactors Architect, you will develop modern HR-IT architectures and support companies in the digital transformation of their HR landscape. You will combine SAP SuccessFactors, intelligent automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into future-proof solutions for HR, business, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop future-oriented HR-IT architectures, strategies, and roadmaps with SAP SuccessFactors as the central starting point and support their successful implementation.
- Integrate AI Agents into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape of our clients, using them specifically to accelerate processes and improve user experience.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP system landscapes, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Concur, S/4HANA, and local payroll systems.
- Utilize AI Agents, SAP BTP Extensions, and Agentic AI for HR to accelerate HR processes, enhance user experience, and leverage new technological potentials.
- Lead workstreams or demanding HR-IT projects and act as a sparring partner at eye level with our clients.
Requirements
- Experience in HR-IT strategy projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, integration architectures, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Experience in automating HR processes.
- Experience with SAP Agentic AI for HR and the integration of HR AI Agents.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders.
- Think consistently with a customer-centric approach.
- Lead projects confidently in German and English.
