About the Role

Consultants in Finance Transformation advise CFOs and top management on financial functions, leveraging global trends like digitalization, sustainability, efficiency, and M&A. The team develops individual concepts, uses Process Mining to uncover potential, eliminate inefficiencies, and enable digital transformation through data-driven decisions and AI.

Responsibilities

• Advise national and international clients strategically and operationally on the implementation and use of Process Mining technologies.
• Support companies in analyzing their processes and identifying optimization potential.
• Analyze business processes.
• Identify optimization potential.
• Develop action recommendations.
• Support clients in implementing Process Mining solutions globally.
• Accompany transformation on-site.

Requirements

• Very good degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, Business Mathematics, or comparable.
• Initial experience in Process Mining, Data Analytics, Process Management and Optimization, ERP, Business Intelligence, Big Data Technologies, or Machine Learning.
• High motivation to shape and implement own ideas, and to accompany concepts from initial analysis to implementation.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Desire for challenging projects, self-responsibility, and goal-oriented work.
• Proficient use of Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis).
• Confident and responsible use of AI for creating high-quality analyses and customer solutions, as well as for critical validation of AI results.
