About the Role
Roccam provides workforce recruiting solutions to nonprofits and social enterprises. We are looking for internal recruiters who excel in high-volume recruiting, possess strong outreach and engagement skills, enjoy interacting with diverse individuals, and have a service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate is comfortable with phone, email, and computer-based work, adept at juggling priorities, and motivated by closing positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple job openings from launch to close.
- Screen resumes and schedule screening calls with applicants.
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Provide weekly status updates on assigned openings.
- Respond to client and hiring manager communications within 24 hours.
- Engage with clients on creative strategies to fill positions.
- Open and advertise positions within 24 hours of posting.
- Ensure job openings and advertisements are accurate and properly functioning.
- Conduct resume outreach on various job boards and platforms.
- Provide weekly recruiting status reports and participate in client meetings.
- Seek feedback from clients and hiring managers on processes.
- Maintain and monitor ATS, Indeed, Craigslist, and social media accounts.
- Stay informed about job board trends, market data, and recruiting technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
- Collaborate with clients and marketing on employer branding and candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an internal recruiter managing 15-20+ openings and hiring 100+ staff annually.
- Experience in a direct services or allied health non-profit.
- Experience in PR, community outreach, sales, recruiting, or events management.
- Experience using recruiting technology tools including Applicant Tracking Systems, Calendar Scheduling, and Texting software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated business client service skills in communications and project management.
- Ability to work well with people, both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to make quick, accurate, and appropriate decisions.
- Ability to maintain knowledge of ATS software, job boards, and HRIS systems.
- Computer literate with experience in MS Word, Excel, and Teams texting.
