About the Role

PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team is building new AI products to transform client value delivery. We are a market-leading Data & AI services consultancy, designing and delivering AI-powered products and data capabilities for tangible business outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale AI client solutions as part of a cross-functional product squad, including core data science products and Agentic AI.
  • Design and advise on the data science approach for products, ensuring rigor, interpretability, scalability, and reusability.
  • Partner with sector and go-to-market teams to identify client challenges, demonstrate capabilities, gather feedback, and inform development.
  • Collaborate with engineers to productionize models on cloud platforms using MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
  • Monitor model performance and user feedback to continuously refine algorithms and improve product outcomes.
  • Embed responsible and explainable AI principles into development for trusted, transparent, and compliant outputs.

Requirements

  • Practical experience across the data science lifecycle, including feature engineering, model design, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Fluency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or MXNet.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices, including Git for version control.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and a desire to build scalable solutions.
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a disciplined, hypothesis-led approach to ensure analytical rigor and business relevance.
  • Commercial curiosity and the desire to understand how analytics drives business outcomes.
  • Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in diverse, cross-functional teams with a blend of onshore and offshore resources.
