About the Role
Metaview is seeking an Events Marketer to lead our US marketing events strategy. This role involves owning all aspects of events, from major conferences and product launches to intimate dinners and community gatherings, ensuring Metaview has a significant presence in key industry settings.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the US marketing events strategy aligned with Metaview's go-to-market priorities.
- Manage events comprehensively, including concept development, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Design unique and memorable experiences that embody the Metaview brand.
- Identify and select strategic conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, and event formats for investment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract key attendees and convert events into strengthened relationships and sales pipeline.
- Oversee venues, vendors, partners, budgets, timelines, and logistics with a focus on high quality.
- Analyze event performance and implement continuous improvements to the program.
Requirements
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, field marketing, or community management.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong creative judgment and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the attendee experience.
- A commercial mindset and understanding of how events contribute to brand building, relationships, and pipeline generation.
- High initiative, low ego, and flexibility to switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
