About the Role

As a Senior Agent Operations Associate, you will work at the forefront of applied AI, turning rapidly evolving models into reliable systems that handle real healthcare workflows at scale. You will own problems end to end, partnering closely with Customer Strategy, Operations, and Engineering to build, launch, and improve agent workflows. This is a high-learning, high-ownership role where you will build deep intuition across AI systems, healthcare operations, and production workflows while helping define how Agent Operations should work as Valerie scales.

Responsibilities

Lead agent implementations from workflow discovery and design through configuration, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance.
Translate complex customer processes into reliable automated workflows, including routing, downstream actions, integrations, and human-in-the-loop paths.
Build reporting, diagnose workflow performance, and prioritize improvements across automation efficiency, quality, SLA performance, and customer impact.
Identify why tasks require human review or manual fallback and develop, test, and monitor improvements that safely move work toward automated completion.
Turn successful implementation and optimization approaches into repeatable processes, configurations, and testing methods that help the team scale.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience from backgrounds such as consulting, finance, analytics, operations, technical implementation, product, or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to own complex operational, implementation, or technical projects end to end.
Ability to think in systems and identify the highest-leverage problems to solve.
Ability to combine analytical rigor with practical execution.
Strong technical instincts.
Ability to communicate clearly across customers, operators, and engineers.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work.
