About the Role

Dimensional's marketing summer internship offers undergraduate students the chance to work alongside marketing professionals in asset management, developing innovative ways to improve the investment experience. This nine-week program exposes interns to the daily activities of the Marketing group, supporting Dimensional's brand and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Learn how the team conveys Dimensional’s brand and offerings accurately, compellingly, and with differentiation.
• Collaborate with various departments at Dimensional to learn about the larger organization.
• Complete work on various marketing materials.
• Undertake an individual research project on a high-priority marketing initiative.
• Present findings and recommendations to the department and leadership.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate or specialized master’s degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027–Spring 2028.
• Interest in financial markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with the ability to learn programs as needed.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
