About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to gain expertise and skills while maintaining work-life balance and wellbeing, managing key utility and third-party interfaces across major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key utility and third-party interfaces across the project lifecycle.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage high-risk interfaces.
  • Integrate utility requirements into organizational frameworks and systems.
  • Support multiple work streams by providing expert advice on technical interface matters.
  • Manage interface agreements.
  • Guide the approach to third-party engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Delivery Teams, Design Teams, Legal, Property, Commercial, and Operations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key utility authorities such as Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, and Sydney Water.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of utilities and their interaction across planning, procurement, and delivery phases of major infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and managing issues and risks associated with complex third-party interfaces.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical advice on interface management challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate with influence.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
