Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analyses of financial statements for clients and comparables.
- Assist in data collection from clients and publicly available information.
- Draft deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, memos, and detailed reports.
- Stay updated with technology and suggest process improvements.
- Conduct data research using public and firm-specific databases.
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
- Keep abreast of developments in the area of specialism.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a timely manner.
- Share and collaborate effectively with others.
- Identify and suggest improvements for problems and opportunities.
- Build and maintain internal and external networks.
- Seek opportunities to learn about PwC's global network.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
- Business Administration, Finance, or Economics related degrees are required; a graduate degree is an asset.
- Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, with an openness to learning new tools and adapting work methods.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working with diverse people and perspectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas.
- Ability to manipulate public databases and PwC proprietary benchmarking tools.
- Robust skills using software applications including Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.
- Conscientious, self-motivated, and able to assume responsibility for project aspects within a team framework.
- Ability to adapt easily and prioritize, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities.
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred but not required.
