About the Role
Accenture Strategy is seeking a Strategy guru with extensive experience in Healthcare Strategy and strong leadership skills to advise clients on data-driven strategies, transform business operations, and achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals. This role involves leading teams to deliver world-class business strategy solutions and building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Run delivery of projects to understand clients' position in Healthcare Strategy and identify business options based on global trends.
- Lead teams to deliver business strategy solutions tailored to Healthcare Strategy clients.
- Build trust with senior leaders and partner to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
- Lead project delivery, ensuring clients have practical roadmaps for strategy execution, change management, process monitoring, and remediation.
- Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights.
- Build client relationships to maintain Accenture's profile as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to Accenture's Strategy practice and thought leadership through content creation and participation in professional forums.
- Mentor junior Strategy team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Provider and/or Payer Industry in one or more of the following areas: corporate development, transformation, or internal strategy.
