About the Role
This newly created role within the Technical Support Team provides technical advice, coaching, and quality assurance to claims teams. You will improve case management capability and technical aptitude by offering advice, quality assurance, and coaching to case management personnel across various legislative claims activities.
Responsibilities
- Coach and provide specialist support advice to Claims teams on technical matters.
- Undertake human reviews and audits of claims, providing recommendations for ongoing management, determination, and strategy.
- Collaborate with broader business units, including Claims, Injury Management/Return to Work, and Mental Health support functions.
- Participate in key business projects.
Requirements
- Significant experience in technical or senior case management roles within a workers compensation setting.
- Demonstrated coaching ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Highly-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- A strategic mindset and approach to work.
- A strong sense of team and collaboration.
- A resilient attitude.
