Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sales activities based on technical expertise.
Collaborate with domestic and international sales, development, manufacturing, and support departments to understand customer needs and issues, and propose optimal measurement instruments, software, services, consulting, and solutions.
Conduct technical explanations, demonstrations, and benchmarking based on Keysight's products and services.
Design, build, and manage projects for solutions, and deliver them to customers.
Engage in technical marketing activities such as seminars, consortiums, and exhibitions.
Effectively convey market trends and customer feedback to development departments to support business development for new and existing products.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Practical experience in the electronics industry or electronic measurement industry (development/manufacturing/support).
Technical skills: Hardware/software (including simulation and emulation)/applications (FPGA programming experience is a plus).
Business skills: Presentation/project management/planning.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Japanese language proficiency for smooth business operations.
English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher).
Business trips: Domestic and international travel required.
Knowledge of products such as Arbitrary Waveform Generators, Bit Error Ratio Testers, Digital Communication Analyzers, and Optical Component Analyzers is desirable.
