Responsibilities
- Conduct minor repairs to car wash equipment.
- Perform property maintenance.
- Engage in light duty construction.
- Assist with new project start-ups.
- Contribute to building and equipment renovations.
Requirements
- One to three years of electrical, welding, and plumbing experience is preferred.
- Possess good mechanic knowledge and skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Ability to work independently or as a team on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment, bend, lift, and stand for excessive periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must submit to and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening to operate a company vehicle.
- Requires year-round schedule availability.
