About the Role
ClearScore is seeking a proactive, outcomes-oriented Senior Full Stack Data Scientist to join their Data & Analytics team. This role will enhance the user experience through improved dynamic content targeting and prioritization, taking end-to-end ownership of data science and machine learning solutions across various use cases, business areas, and markets. Your contributions will directly support the Global Targeting mission and the organization's overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of data science and machine learning solutions, from business concept through to impact evaluation, to enable a better user experience through data-driven Targeting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape how Data Science and the broader Targeting initiative can effectively support business needs and drive maximum impact.
- Set the quality bar for production deployments by scrutinizing data, features, and model behavior, and identifying issues in data and processes before they reach users.
- Identify and implement improvements and optimizations in model development and management processes to drive more efficient and standardized ways of working.
- Drive the strategic utilization of model outputs for decision-making, working with the Global Targeting squad to influence user-facing content.
- Explore new developments in Machine Learning and AI and determine their effective utilization for better user and business outcomes.

- Advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of dbt and Analytics Engineering for feature engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of varied statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Capability across the full model lifecycle, including deployment and maintenance in production.
- Demonstrable experience using business-domain knowledge to drive model development or derive insights from data.
- Ability to explain key findings from complex analysis and modeling to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort interacting with stakeholders from different organizational specialisms.
