About the Role
This internship role is based at Marriott’s European headquarter offices in London, supporting the Hotel Development Team in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA. The role focuses on new hotel development projects and related special projects, involving market analysis, material preparation, lead screening, and deal coordination.
Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and present market data using tools like STR, Salesforces, and Tableau.
- Assist in preparing marketing and presentation materials for development in EMEA.
- Screen initial project leads to assess viability and brand fit.
- Present analytical results orally and in writing for senior management decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments for information exchange.
- Assist in deal-related activities.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently or as part of a team.
- Attend and participate in meetings with the development team.
- Help qualify hotel development leads.
