About the Role
SOSi is seeking a UI/UX Designer to provide user interface/user experience design, research, and development plans for the Sponsor's applications. Leverage expertise in UI/UX design principles, human-centered design, and user research to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for Sponsor's digital assets.
- Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, and CTAs, to enhance user experience.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and testing designs to validate user experience.
- Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and Sponsor's representatives to ensure design requirements are being met.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities.
- Maintain a competitive edge by staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated professional experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate user experience.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality design solutions.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Axure, to develop and test design concepts.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to effectively communicate design requirements to development teams.
- Experience with design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across Sponsor’s digital assets.
