About the Role
Manage a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture team, partnering with sales to help customers build solutions and drive revenue. Cultivate talent, define and execute sales initiatives, and develop pre-sales practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent across the UK
- Partner with sales teams to ensure success in mid-to-large enterprise accounts
- Foster strong customer relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience, ideally in pre-sales or distributed team management
- 2+ years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills
- Software development background
- Experience across the UK market
- Ability to travel up to 25%
