About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
- Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
- Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
- Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
- Deliver reliable, professional service that helps retain customers and grow recurring business.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A strong work ethic and comfort working independently and outdoors.
- Strong customer-service mindset, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Professional communication skills and confidence explaining technical issues to customers.
