About the Role

Join our fabulous Home department within the Food Hall as a Part-Time Sales Associate. This dynamic area offers a unique mix of iconic British producers and international brands, celebrating great taste through chocolates, confectionery, fine wines, spirits, and curated hampers. Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maximize sales at every opportunity.
  • Contribute positively to the team and wider store environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a department-specific sales role.
  • Proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of confectionery, fine food and drink, spanning both niche and established brands.
  • Genuine passion for food and drink, with an understanding of flavour profiles, provenance and gifting occasions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Natural collaborative spirit.
  • Genuine appreciation for Liberty's heritage and unique spirit.
