About the Role
As a (Senior) SAP Manager Public Sector, you will advise clients on preparing and executing complex SAP transformations, contributing significantly to successful business process optimizations and smooth SAP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize tailored solutions for clients around current challenges in SAP S/4HANA, IT architecture, SAP Public Sector, and SAP Reporting.
- Contribute expertise to the planning, conception, implementation, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA or SAP Public Sector transformations.
- Holistically lead SAP transformation projects within the SAP Public Sector domain.
- Structure, process, and prepare complex issues and decision papers.
- Acquire new projects and independently create complex proposals in the Public Sector or Non-Profit Sector (e.g., education).
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in SAP consulting or a related advisory role.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions in the Public Sector and Non-Profit Sector.
- Strong understanding of the entire process landscape and business contexts in Public Services/Administration and educational institutions.
- Enjoyment of complex tasks, strong team spirit, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to leverage AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and guide clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
