About the Role
As a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) in SAP Consulting, you will guide international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations, contributing to successful business process optimizations and sustainable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on preparing and executing complex SAP transformations.
- Develop customized solutions and business process optimizations in Warehousing & Transportation for international clients.
- Plan, conceptualize, implement, and roll out complex SAP S/4 HANA transformations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Take on leadership responsibility in SAP transformation projects with expertise in SAP S/4HANA solutions Extended Warehouse Management, EWM Material Flow System, Transportation Management, and Yard Logistics.
- Develop expertise in Warehousing & Transportation based on existing knowledge.
- Acquire projects and independently create complex proposals in Warehousing & Transportation.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or a related function in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing & Transportation.
- Experience as a manager leading international project teams.
- Understanding of the entire corporate value chain and business interrelationships.
- Prior knowledge and implementation experience with SAP solutions in Warehousing & Transportation.
- Enjoyment of complex tasks, structured thinking, and strong team orientation for solving complex customer inquiries.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to use AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and guide clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
