About the Role
Support commercial excellence and client success as a key member of our Sales Operations team. Coordinate cross-functional processes to ensure thorough execution of contract proposals, budget modifications, and client deliverables while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Work with global teams to analyze client requirements, determine optimal resource allocation, and deliver high-value solutions within required timelines. Apply analytical skills and financial knowledge to develop compelling proposals that reflect our value proposition and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional processes for contract proposals, budget modifications, and client deliverables.
- Analyze client requirements and determine optimal resource allocation.
- Deliver high-value solutions within required timelines.
- Develop compelling proposals reflecting the value proposition and supporting business growth.
- Prepare and review client-facing documents and proposals.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Masters Degree plus 2 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, financial analysis or related role.
- Additional relevant certifications in project management, financial analysis, or CRM systems preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP platforms.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrated skill in budget analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Skilled in managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong business understanding and knowledge of contract terms/processes.
- Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional approach and demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Additional language skills preferred based on regional requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% as needed.
