About the Role

This role focuses on creating and executing business strategies for Finance AI and Data transformation, including defining vision, creating value models, architecting talent strategies, and envisioning technology roadmaps. You will work at the cutting edge of Finance transformation, helping large organizations reimagine operations with AI and data, shaping strategy at the C-suite level, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

Shape the vision and define compelling Finance AI strategies connected to business outcomes.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
Design AI and data strategies covering technology platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
Evaluate an organization's AI and data maturity and identify necessary changes.
Use scaled agile disciplines to sequence delivery of data elements, products, and features.
Infuse Responsible AI principles from the start to build client trust and create a competitive differentiator.
Identify and develop AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships for new revenue streams.
Travel up to 80% as needed based on client expectations.

Requirements

5+ years of deep fluency in AI & Data Strategy, including enterprise-wide data architecture and function-specific plays.
5+ years of focused Finance AI and Data work, understanding CFO organizations and the impact of AI/data.
5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
5+ years of hands-on data management and analysis with strategic insight for the C-suite.
5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
2+ years applying Responsible AI principles in live engagements.
5+ years of leading workstreams end-to-end in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience, aligning distributed teams.
5+ years working directly with corporate and/or business unit Finance processes, functions, and systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
Ability to foster inclusive environments and build strong client relationships.
