About the Role

This multifaceted role will be responsible for recruitment, coaching, and development of high-performance teams, fostering an inspiring shopping experience that results in product knowledge training and customer loyalty, and achieving financial goals through team building and store operations.

Requirements

• Success in developing people/leaders
• Knowledge and expertise in luxury menswear and footwear.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of success in leading highly productive teams.
• A high level of initiative and entrepreneurship.
• Willing to relocate to Mississauga, Ontario.
