About the Role
JPI Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Plumber to work on residential and commercial renovation projects. This role involves tackling rough-ins, finish work, troubleshooting, collaborating with other trades, and finding practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for residential and commercial renovation projects
- Troubleshoot plumbing systems and develop practical solutions to unexpected site conditions
- Work closely with other trades to keep projects moving
- Read drawings and interpret existing building conditions to complete high-quality installations
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards
- Complete accurate job reports and daily service tickets
Requirements
- 5+ years of plumbing renovation or remodel experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable plumbing codes
- Ability to read plans, assess existing conditions, and solve problems independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 30-Hour OSHA certification
- 10-Hour SST certification
- Full gas card
