About the Role
This role is primarily focused on attracting and retaining the best recruitment talent across all of 11 Investments' businesses, encompassing both experienced and entry-level hires. The position also involves contributing to people projects to foster a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders and the Talent Director to create a robust and agile hiring strategy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective attraction, sourcing, and closing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing/headhunting, values-based interviews, offers, and HR administration.
- Produce creative talent attraction campaigns through social media, email marketing, and other innovative methods.
- Play a key part in building and promoting our employer brand.
- Make recommendations and bring ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of 11 Investments.
- Write compelling and engaging copy to attract potential recruitment consultants (PRCs).
- Deliver the best candidate and employee experience.
- Pipeline future talent for 11 Investments and also Recruiter Labs options.
- Support the business with market and business intelligence to support our attraction approach and make recommendations on the right routes to market.
