About the Role
As the Deputy Head of Technical Facility Management, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of properties within the city of Berlin, including high-value locations such as shopping centers, hotels, office and commercial buildings, and industrial properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate your respective property teams.
- Ensure the timely, cost, budget, and quality requirements of all ongoing FM orders and FM projects within the area of responsibility, including invoicing, evaluation, and warranty tracking.
- Independently manage customer relationships to expand service scope.
- Organize and manage projects in the FM sector and actively participate in the creation, quoting, and implementation of FM concepts.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in Facility Management, Technical Building Management, Industrial Engineering, or alternatively, completed training with additional qualifications as a master craftsman or state-certified technician in HVAC or electrical engineering.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the service sector.
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of all-encompassing building management.
- You have extensive experience in a leadership role.
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, strong communication skills, and a structured, results- and goal-oriented approach complete your profile.
