About the Role

As our AI and Technical Learning Manager, you are the architect of Trustpilot’s AI-first culture. Your primary mission is to build the confidence, curiosity, and capability our people need to work with AI in meaningful and practical ways. You will design the strategy that embeds AI into how Trusties think and work, shifting our culture from one that talks about AI to one that uses it every day. Alongside this, you will ensure our people have the technical skills they need to do their jobs brilliantly, whether that is through Tech Academies, apprenticeship-funded programmes, or bespoke functional upskilling in our Technology teams. Your success is measured by your ability to move the dial on technical proficiency, AI confidence, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities

Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot through initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences.
Build a structured AI learning strategy to move people from curiosity to fluency.
Consult with functional leaders to identify AI use cases and design learning and change support.
Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning where employees feel safe to explore.
Design and oversee technical skills programmes, including Tech Academies, to build functional capability.
Manage and deploy Apprenticeship Levy funding strategically for AI, technology, and data training.
Define and track metrics for AI adoption, confidence, and impact, informing strategy iterations.
Benchmark AI and technical learning maturity against industry standards and incorporate emerging best practices.

Requirements

Passionate about AI and its impact on work, with hands-on experience driving AI adoption and digital transformation.
Strategic thinker with a track record of designing and deploying learning and adoption strategies that create lasting change.
Technically fluent in the current AI landscape, including Generative AI and LLMs, able to translate complex concepts.
Skilled change manager experienced in addressing resistance, building confidence, and designing adoption journeys.
Experienced in designing and delivering technical skills programmes, including Tech Academy-style frameworks.
Savvy with Apprenticeship Levy funding, understanding its strategic use for skills development.
Confident stakeholder consultant able to influence senior leaders and position learning as a business priority.
Data-driven approach to tracking adoption, expertise, and ROI, using evidence for decision-making.
