About the Role
This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring they have accurate, current, and decision-ready data. The analyst will own the reporting layer, translating workforce plans into hiring signals and answering business questions with data.
Responsibilities
- Own the TA Looker footprint, maintaining, auditing, and improving existing dashboards.
- Build new dashboards quickly to answer specific leadership questions as priorities shift.
- Keep data current by refreshing, validating, and reconciling data frequently.
- Translate the workforce plan into daily hiring targets, gap reports, and projections.
- Deliver insights by surfacing trends, anomalies, and risks proactively.
- Present findings to executives and break down numbers for front-line managers.
- Act as a trusted analytical partner to TA leadership, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in a data analyst or BI analyst role, supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, Workforce Planning, or a high-velocity operations function.
- Expert-level Looker skills, including LookML, building Explores, tuning models, and managing shared dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills for writing, reading, and debugging complex queries.
- Lived experience with high-volume hiring (hiring hundreds or thousands of people annually).
- Comfort with complexity and change, supporting business models with weekly plan shifts.
- Ability to prioritize effectively when multiple tasks are urgent.
- Executive presence with numbers, able to present findings clearly to leadership.
- Service orientation, taking pride in making partners look prepared and informed.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for various audiences.
