About the Role

You create experiences for our guests through attentive service, cool drinks, and during the nightly "Sounds in the Clouds" and cool beats in our bar.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and preparing drinks and snacks
• Accompanying guests at events in the bar
• Welcoming and seating guests
• Ensuring and implementing cleanliness in the work area as well as adhering to and implementing legal requirements in the hygiene area
• Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural teams

Requirements

• Training and/or professional experience in the hotel, gastronomy, tourism industry or interest in a career change
• Hosting qualities with a high awareness of quality and service orientation
• Open, communicative demeanor and good expression in German and English
• Independent and self-responsible way of working
• Teamwork and willingness to support across departments
• Desire to get involved and successfully position The Cloud One Hotels in Europe with us
