About the Role

As an Operativer Supervisor at Securitas in Berlin, you will be responsible for the operational, organizational, and disciplinary leadership of employees within your area. You will support customer relations, contribute to new customer acquisition, and assist in proposal preparation. This role involves ensuring compliance with Securitas policies, quality management, and legal requirements, as well as monitoring security events and managing incident reporting.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the operational, organizational, and disciplinary leadership of employees in the area of responsibility.
Support customer care and development, new customer acquisition, and assist in preparing proposals.
Co-responsible for the implementation and monitoring of compliance with Securitas guidelines, quality management, and legal requirements.
Ensure monitoring of security-relevant events and control incident management and related reporting.
Create service instructions, ensure their regular updating, and control their compliance.

Requirements

Certified Security and Safety Officer or higher (FKSS or Security Management degree).
Good English skills required.
Class B driver's license required.
Preferably experience in leading a team.
Leadership experience desirable.
Clean criminal record.
Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.
