About the Role

You will holistically manage qualified client inquiries, taking responsibility from initial contact to contract conclusion. You will support our lawyers throughout the entire initiation process, from first contact to contract signing. You will be responsible for qualifying all qualified mandate inquiries and coordinating initial, consultation, and decision-making meetings. You will prepare, moderate, and document client meetings and consistently follow up on next steps. You will assume overall responsibility for the offer process, including the independent creation of offers. You will ensure that processes, schedules, and deadlines are met. You will actively support and coordinate decision-making processes and involve relevant decision-makers. You will be responsible for pipeline management, follow-ups, CRM maintenance, and reporting. You will work closely with our lawyers and the office and marketing team. Depending on the situation, you will also provide operational support to the office team. You will perform your tasks independently and with personal responsibility according to our internal processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in client support for complex consulting or professional services (e.g., legal advice, IT security, compliance, technology projects).
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to engage both decision-makers and technical contacts.
  • Confident demeanor, capable of finding optimal solutions with charm and determination, even in tough negotiations.
  • Good listener, able to identify potential clients' needs and translate them into services.
  • Ability to maintain focus on complex projects through a structured and proactive work approach.
  • Team player with enjoyment in working in an interdisciplinary team of lawyers, consultants, and marketing experts.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken); good English skills are an advantage.
