About the Role
We are seeking a reliable support person for maintenance tasks, working 6 hours per week, to contribute to a safe and pleasant environment in our Kita St. Marien.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs indoors and outdoors.
- Conduct regular safety and condition checks of buildings, outdoor areas, and playgrounds, documenting any defects.
- Assist with maintaining outdoor areas, including paths, courtyards, and green spaces, and with winter traffic safety.
- Coordinate and support external specialist companies during repairs and maintenance.
- Undertake general support tasks, including waste disposal, moving, and renovation work, and report repair and maintenance needs to the appropriate parties.
Requirements
