About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 direct reports and collaborate with the General Manager, department leads, and Head Chef.
- Mentor supervisors and conduct staff training.
- Ensure due diligence and enforce food safety, health, and safety policies.
- Handle daily administration including forecasting, ordering, menu management, and stock control.
- Collaborate with Chefs to ensure menu accuracy and up-to-date allergen information.
- Manage the pass, ensuring timely and well-presented food orders.
- Meet highest standards and KPIs, driving development and innovation in the hospitality department.
- Respond to inquiries in person and via email, ensuring resolution.
- Liaise with external suppliers, prepare quotes, and create event proposals.
- Develop events from proposal to delivery, including setup and stakeholder communication.
- Produce event planning documents covering catering, costs, itineraries, and room setup.
- Identify new products, marketing, and promotion opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate hospitality setting.
- Exceptional client experience, ensuring consistently high, personal, and seamless service.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, productive, and operationally strong with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead by example and develop the team to deliver high standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings and overtime as required by the business.
