About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support a large-scale client environment. The consultant will work closely with the client's team to address a high-volume backlog of integration and system enhancement requests. The engagement offers an opportunity to support a complex landscape involving SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, and other TA systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve a high volume of SAP SuccessFactors backlog items.
- Design, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems, including Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver integration and functional enhancements.
- Work with complex organizational structures and a large number of business roles and security requirements.
- Utilize SuccessFactors Integration Center to develop and maintain integrations.
- Support system administration, provisioning, and configuration activities as required.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with business requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Deep functional knowledge across SuccessFactors modules, particularly Talent Acquisition and Employee-related processes.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition systems.
- Strong understanding of Integration Center, interfaces, and data integration concepts.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Provisioning activities.
- Ability to work independently in a client-managed environment.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
