About the Role
The role of Nursing Management within the North-East Brandenburg network ensures professional care in our residential offerings, as well as in the employment and education sectors in Barnim.
Responsibilities
- Ensure expert standards of care with particular attention to the framework conditions of participation, thereby supporting professional nursing care.
- Support and advise teams with professional expertise on nursing issues and appropriate documentation, considering individual participation aspects.
- Actively collaborate with special residential facilities and other stakeholders.
- Prepare for and conduct quality checks.
- Participate in the further development of concepts for nursing/palliative care.
- Develop workshops and training courses on nursing topics in participation.
Requirements
- Completion as a certified nurse in health and nursing or certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d) with further relevant advanced training, or a completed degree in nursing management.
- Professional experience with at least two years of full-time work in nursing or a comparable institution.
- High professional competence and business management knowledge.
- Independent use of available resources with your ideas and concepts.
- Experience in quality management.
- Willingness and ability to collaborate within a team and participate in further education and training.
- Good PC skills.

Salary/Compensations
- Fair remuneration according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diakonisches Werk Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz
- Annual special payment (equivalent to one additional monthly salary)
