About the Role
Vetco Total Care Hospital Medical Leaders ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience, drive continuous improvement in clinical skills, and cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture. They review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
Responsibilities

- Review hospital P&L.
- Partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
- Deliver routine, diagnostic, and complex procedures including radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions and prophylaxis, spays/neuters, abdominal exploratory, and mass removals.
- Build relationships with pet parents.
- Model respect and empathy.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed and trained veterinary technician or assistant.
- Must have experience with cloud-based practice management and records software.
- Must have experience with digital and dental x-ray.
- Must have experience with Idexx.
- Must have experience with Butterfly iQ+ handheld ultrasound.
- Must have experience with Vetology Radiograph Interpretation AI.
- Must have experience with VMED Vet-Dop2 Doppler Blood Pressure System.
- Must have experience with VETSCAN IMAGYST.
