About the Role
As Country Manager Germany, you will own the growth, profitability, and team for one of Adtraction’s key markets. You will lead the local operation from our Berlin office, acting as the face of Adtraction in Germany. This role involves actively prospecting and winning new brands and partners, nurturing relationships, owning the P&L, and building a team to deliver sustainable, long-term results, directly contributing to Adtraction’s international growth.
Responsibilities
- Find new sales by actively prospecting, winning new brands and partners, and tailoring sales pitches to the German market.
- Manage accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with brands, partners, and key players.
- Lead the German subsidiary by owning the P&L, delivering gross profit targets, and managing forecasting and financial reporting.
- Grow the brand and partner portfolio across e-commerce and finance verticals, prioritizing well-known brands with strong growth potential.
- Build, lead, and develop the team, fostering a positive culture and helping individuals grow.
- Set and track goals using the OKR framework.
- Maintain sales pipeline and team activities using Salesforce and reporting tools.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within affiliate/partner marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- A track record of leading and developing teams.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Commercial acumen: comfortable owning a P&L, working with forecasts, and making data-driven decisions.
- A strong network or the drive to build one across brands and partners in the German market.
- Fluent German and professional English.
- Experience scaling a market or launching new verticals is a plus.
