About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will strategically develop existing partnerships with health insurance companies to expand the reach of our digital health services to more women and families (B2B2C). This role combines relationship management with analytical and growth-oriented thinking, working closely with partners, Product Growth, Marketing, and our Chief Revenue Officer, taking on early responsibility for your own topics and projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing health insurance partnerships through direct exchange with contacts.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure structured and reliable project implementation.
- Analyze performance and usage data to derive concrete measures for partnership development.
- Identify potential within existing collaborations and develop measures to increase usage, reach, and economic success.
- Integrate keleya more strongly into the service offerings of our health insurance partners.
- Actively drive topics forward independently, structured, and hands-on.
- Understand partner goals and needs, structure them within the company, and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Health Economics, Business Psychology, Public Health) or comparable education.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an environment requiring early responsibility, structured task management, and independent solution development (e.g., startup, scale-up, consulting).
- Experience in B2B partnership management, digital health, healthcare, or working with health insurance companies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for building trusting, confident relationships with professional stakeholders.
- Highly structured and organized approach to managing multiple projects, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proactive and responsible work ethic, taking initiative without constant direction.
- Analytical thinking skills to interpret metrics and derive actionable recommendations.
- Alignment with the company's mission and a desire to engage with Women's Health, Digital Health, and the German healthcare system.
- Very fluent German (C2) and good English (C1) language skills.
