About the Role
The Local By-Election Manager oversees all Reform UK local by-election campaigns nationwide, ensuring effective coordination of candidates and volunteers, maintaining administrative consistency, and guaranteeing timely delivery of campaign materials. This role works closely with regional campaign teams to ensure local campaigns are professionally run and aligned with national strategy. The ideal candidate will be a natural people-person with sharp administrative and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and play a vital role in driving results across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all Reform UK local by-election campaigns across the country.
- Manage the end-to-end administrative process, including overseeing candidate paperwork and compliance as well as reports to senior party leadership.
- Coordinate with regional campaign teams and branches to ensure sufficient volunteer deployment.
- Ensure there is strict adherence to legal and electoral requirements.
