About the Role
As a Forest School Lead at one of our settings, you will lead a supportive and passionate team to create a unique outdoor learning environment, providing children the opportunity to thrive through pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries.
Responsibilities
- Inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather.
- Lead the forest school approach and activity planning for children aged 6 months - 5 years.
- Support Educators in creating a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- Ensure response to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and other camps.
- Support the training of the internal forest school program under our owlcademy.
- Deliver hands-on forest school experiences for children each day.
