About the Role

As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in the Marketing Team, designing, analyzing, and optimizing targeted lifecycle campaigns to foster long-term customer loyalty and reactivate inactive users. You will work in a dynamic scale-up environment, driving CRM strategy with data-driven approaches and testing new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of CRM lifecycle campaigns with a focus on win-back and reactivation.
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns and customer journeys through A/B testing to identify optimal communication channels, strategies, and offers.
  • Creation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses, interpretation of data, and identification of trends and optimization potential, including customer surveys.
  • Monitoring and tracking of all initiatives, including reporting results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Observing current CRM trends and deriving new, effective strategies for the business.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Marketing/Communications.
  • 2 years of practical experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and deriving customer insights to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of Braze is a plus.
  • Analytical, conceptual, and creative working style with a strong hands-on mentality and reliability in time management.
  • Team player with clear communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (Level C1-C2).
