About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Curriculum Room Leader to join our East Finchley nursery. This role focuses on providing a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow within a high-quality early years setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles.
- Ensure clear progression of learning and build team confidence in the curriculum.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment meeting EYFS standards.
- Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development.
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships.
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
- Legal right to work in the UK without employer-sponsored authorization.
