About the Role

Lupa is building an AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, aiming to replace fragmented systems with an intelligent platform for scheduling, client communication, clinical documentation, and AI-driven care guidance. This role involves owning the full deployment of Lupa into veterinary practices, understanding and redesigning workflows, synthesizing field insights for product improvement, leading training, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the full deployment of Lupa into veterinary practices, from kick-off to a live, confident team.
Immerse in practice workflows and redesign them around Lupa’s AI-native platform.
Synthesize field insights to inform product direction.
Partner with Engineering and Product to translate clinical problems into scalable platform improvements.
Lead training sessions to drive genuine adoption.
Present deployment outcomes and future roadmaps to stakeholders.
Build and deliver demos to win new customers and expand existing ones.
Scope new deployment opportunities in international markets.

Requirements

3+ years in deployment, implementation, forward deployment, or solutions engineering.
Experience ideally at a top-tier management consultancy, B2B SaaS, or tech company with complex, high-touch deployments.
Track record of managing multiple concurrent deployments without losing quality, pace, or customer trust.
Comfortable engaging at all levels of a customer organization.
Some experience with data, scripting, or analytical tools (SQL, Python, or similar).
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or another regulated, workflow-heavy industry (nice to have).
Background at a company known for exceptional deployment quality (e.g., Palantir, Salesforce, Veeva) (nice to have).
