Responsibilities

  • Onboard contingent workers to Workday and ensure internal teams are updated regarding induction and training requirements.
  • Book rooms for interviews and candidate tests.
  • Host and invigilate locum testing sessions.
  • Share recruitment terms of business with new suppliers via DocuSign.
  • Provide overflow support or holiday cover to the Lateral Recruitment Assistants.
  • Assist with the management of all vacation scheme applications on the applicant tracking system, including monitoring and processing online testing.
  • Assist with screening applications.
  • Book partners and senior associates for Assessment Centres in a timely manner.
  • Compile daily AC packs and ensure assessors and candidates have all relevant materials.
  • Coordinate AC timetables on the SOVA platform.
  • Arrange trainees for office tours.
  • Ensure candidate and assessor rooms are booked and set up prior to each AC.
  • Assist with the running of ACs.
  • Collate feedback for each attendee.
  • Produce offer and reject letters as required.
  • Expense all travel receipts.
  • Assist with providing and arranging reasonable adjustments to candidates attending an AC.
  • Attend events such as law fairs.
  • Assist with finding representatives for events when needed.
  • Coordinate couriers to send documents and collateral to campus events.
  • Assist with room booking and coordination of events when needed.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and deal with queries in the shared inbox.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Early Careers Advisers and Manager.
  • Raise invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Conduct right to work checks.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level.
  • A minimum of 6 months previous office experience is desirable (ideally in recruitment), however, candidates with less or more experience will be considered provided the required competencies are met.
  • Events organisation experience is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, in particular in Excel.
