About the Role

We’re building a community of creators across the USA who understand how people really consume content. Creators who know what earns attention, what feels native to the feed, and how to turn a brand brief into content people actually want to watch. Social doesn’t need more content. It needs better content: distinctive, relevant content made by real people.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first content for brands across a range of formats including product, personality, lifestyle, and hosting content.
• Bring products to life in a way that feels native to social.
• Create talk-to-camera, tutorials, explainers, demos, and reactions.
• Create in-situ content from real places, moments, events, and experiences.
• Create vox pops, street interviews, event hosting, and premium entertainment formats.
• Be briefed by Born and create content against brand guidelines.
• Respond to feedback where needed.
• Help brands build relevance, trust, and distinctiveness through creativity.

Requirements

• Experienced content creators across the USA who are confident shooting, editing, and delivering social-first content for brands.
• Already create high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
• Understand what makes content feel native, watchable, and culturally relevant.
• Have a strong eye for lighting, sound, framing, editing, and storytelling.
• Can interpret a brief and bring your own creative instinct to it.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines and taking creative direction.
• Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and can work professionally with agency teams.
• Interested in building longer-term relationships with brands, not just one-off posts.
• Ability to make brilliant content is prioritized over audience size.
